Hiked to my grandparents’ house and back today, which is a total of 7.2 miles.  Maintained an average speed of 3.9 mph during the hike.  The backs of my knees are a bit tight, but I’ve gone without ibuprofen so far, so I’m in pretty good shape overall.  If I can maintain 3.9 mph on… Continue reading Still training
